What is Elevate Strength?
Elevate Strength, a boutique fitness concept, was created with a specific vision: To build a fitness facility with the purpose of giving all different fitness levels an efficient, effective workout that limits injuries and creates a functional physique in an inclusive group environment — and one that builds bodies up instead of breaking them down. A unique philosophy of innovative fitness, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a vision that seeks to define a lasting brand.
Our Physique based training is specifically designed to hit a different muscle group each day, giving proper time for recovery. We combine cardio with weight training and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods, ensuring your body has the perfect balanced workout. Elevating your heart rate into the fat burning zone and torching calories. Our workout is 70% strength training, spending the right amount of time sculpting and toning the body.
At Elevate Strength, we believe in the importance of a well balanced training program. Part of that includes taking time to focus on flexibility and recovery. Our yoga classes will help build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, and focus on cultivating a positive mindset. Everyone is physically different, and no one is better than anyone when it comes to practicing yoga. At Elevate Strength, you will learn how to fit the pose to your body instead of forcing your body to fit a pose. We offer three types of yoga classes: Foundations, Flow, Mobility & Recovery!
An athletic approach to barre, combining traditional barre moves with challenging HIIT and core exercises. At the center of our technique we use a thoughtful series of low impact, isometric movements that are designed to produce results (like toning the body and helping to build those long, lean muscles). Our two formats, include Barre Cardio and Barre Strength. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.

What to expect
Each class is 50 minutes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Whether you are coming for Strength-Cardio, Yoga or Barre, be prepared for a challenging and energizing workout.
Arrive 20 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect. We will set up your station and heart monitor (if you're taking HIIT) to track your results.
All you need are your work out clothes and your kicks. We’ve got everything else covered.
Buy or bring water. You must hydrate. It’s mission critical for your health. For real. Coaches are here to help and correct form. Music is set to challenge you as well as put you in the zone.
