Elevate Strength was founded in 2019 to fill a void in the group fitness industry. Strength training has taken a backseat in the fitness industry, and with that... a lot of it's benefits are not being recognized. Our goal at Elevate is to get you feeling and looking stronger, and building a lean, toned, athletic physique. Resistance training has been proven to slow the aging process, increase muscle tone, increase bone density, and jumpstart the metabolism. Each class you will focus on a specific muscle group, and the workout changes daily to keep your body guessing. Every workout will include short cardio intervals, to elevate the heart rate which improves cardiovascular health! You will leave each day feeling strong, powerful and ready for whatever life throws at you.

At Elevate Strength our workouts are backed by science to give you proven results. Each day we will focus on a particular muscle group. Our workouts are low impact to minimize stress on your joints, but also high intensity to give you the push you need. Our workouts are tailored for lean muscle gain and fat loss, with short cardio bursts to improve your cardiovascular health.


Join us for Cardio and Core. We will focus on longer intervals on the Rower, Air Bike, and Ski. We will elevate that heart rate, and have you really breaking a sweat.

Join us for Upper Body on Mondays and Wednesdays all day! We will focus on sculpting lean muscle, and building strength. We will have very short intervals of cardio mixed in to get you working hard!

On Tuesdays and Thursdays we focus on our Lower Body. These workouts will focus on strengthening the Lower Body and we will work to build major core strength. Expect short intervals of cardio mixed in to really ramp it up!
