Q: I’m recovering from an injury - what’s a good class for me to take?
A: It depends on your injury and we encourage you to consult with your doctor and always let your coach know. We pride ourselves on offering modifications tailored to each individual and all of our classes are high intensity, low impact which make them ideal for anyone – including those with injuries. We even offer a mobility & recovery class.
Q: Do I need to have a specific experience level?
A: No, all levels of fitness are welcome. The coaches and instructors will provide modifications and challenges as needed.
Q: What is the Late Charge Policy?
A: Cancel 4 hours prior to the start of class to avoid $10 late charge or loss of class.
Q: If I sign up for the waitlist and make it into the class but can't make it, what happens?
A: If you sign up for a class consider yourself in the class, all late cancel policy apply.
Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes, we have everything you need – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries and towels!
Q: What do I need to bring for my Strength class?
A: workout attire, sneakers, heart rate monitor, sweat towel, water.
Q: How many days a week do you recommend taking class to see results?
A: 3-4 days to see results, 5-6 days for optimal results; while incorporating yoga and barre classes as well.
Q: What do I need to bring for my Yoga/Barre class?
A: Yoga mat, yoga towel, sweat towel, water.
Q: What if I don't bring my own yoga mat?
A: We sell them as well as rent them per class.
