A: 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and go over exercise goals and personal needs with a trainer.

Q: I’m recovering from an injury - what’s a good class for me to take?
A: While we always encourage you to consult with your doctor first and then let your coach know. We pride ourselves on offering modifications tailored to each individual and all of our classes are high intensity, low impact which make them ideal for anyone – including those with injuries. We even offer a mobility & recovery class.
Q: Do I need to have a specific experience level?
A: No, all levels of fitness are welcome. The coaches and instructors will provide modifications and challenges as needed.
Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes, we have everything you need – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries and towels!
Q: What do I need to bring for my First class?
A: comfortable workout attire, sneakers, and leave the rest to us!
